Registration Instructions

Welcome! Thank-you for your interest in St. Anne Catholic School. We humbly appreciate the trust and opportunity which each parent/guardian bestows on us to educate their child in a caring environment which infuses Catholic values through a rigorous curriculum

The following information provides an overview of what’s needed to register your child[ren] at Saint Anne Catholic School for the 2009/2010 school year.

REGISTRATION

Your child will be enrolled at Saint Anne Catholic School only after all of the following information has been completed and received by the school office.

  • Minimum of $75.00 towards your registration fee. The full balance is due by Start of School

  • Request for Records (for new students)

  • Birth Certificate (for new students)

  • Baptism Certificate (for new students, if the student has one)

  • Immunization Record (for new students, or students whose immunization record has changed since last year)

Registration Fee Schedule:(for new students)

  • $200 Morning (only) Pre-K students

  • $250 for returning students enrolling in grades K-8th

  • $300 for new students enrolling in grades K-8th

  • $100 Book Fee for all Students

The registration fee is non-refundable. Note: 2010/2011 registration subject to change


TUITION PAYMENT PLAN

Tuition is paid via a 10-month payment plan, starting in September and ending in June. Tuition can be paid traditionally, by cash or check, or via an electronic funds transfer, debiting a checking or savings account on a monthly basis.

Grades K - 8: Contributor /Non-Contributor

Two Children___$5,000/yr________$6,400/yr

Three Children__$5,000/yr________$6,400/yr

Four Children___$6,800/yr________$8,500/yr


Pre-Kindergarten:

Pre-Kindergarten $1,600/yr________$160.00/mo


TUITION REDUCTION OPTIONS

  1. 5% reduction in tuition if the year is paid in full by Start of School.*

  2. $500 reduction in tuition if a continuing family successfully recruits a new family/student to enroll in school.
    The $500 discount applies only so long as the newly recruited students(s) remain enrolled, and only for the first year.*

*Note:

  1. Tuition reduction option(s) are limited to one per family. In the event that a family elects to pay their tuition and registration in full, by Start of School, and recruit a new family/student to attend St. Anne Catholic School a $500 total fee discount will apply.

  2. The per pupil cost of educating each child here at St. Anne’s, for the 2007/2008 school year, was $4,955. Thus, in order to make up the difference between our tuition rates and the actual per pupil cost each family is required to participate in school fundraising efforts -or- choose to pay $200 to the school in lieu of such participation. Additionally, each family is strongly encouraged to purchase $100 worth of SCRIP (i.e. Fred Meyers or Grocery Outlet) per month. *Please note the Fundraising Obligations page for more details.
