2007-2008 Fundraising Obligations

 

General Fundraising Obligation $200 net per family.
Annual Fund Drive, Bingo, Jog-A-Thon, Christmas Gift Wrap, and Magazine Drive. Each family is required to procure a net total of $200 via the five aforementioned fundraisers, or be billed $200 in June ’08.
SCRIP Fundraising $100 per month, per student enrolled.
Each family is strongly encouraged to purchase $100 worth of SCRIP per month.
Auction Procurement $25 item or cash
Each family is required to procure a $25 item for their child’s class basket -or- donate $25 to the Auction Committee.
Volunteerism Minimum 20 hours (one parent) or 40 hours (two parents)
Each family is required to volunteer 20 hours (single parent families) or 40 hours (two parent families) over the course of the school year. Families will be responsible for documenting the accountability (logging) of their volunteer hours. As of June 1, 2007, will be charged $5/hour for each volunteer hour not served.
Fundraising Obligation Reduction Credits $10 for each hour volunteered.
A family’s fundraising obligation(s) may be reduced by serving on any one of the following school committees: Auction, Development, and/or the P.T.O. Click on 'Calendar' to check out meeting dates and times.




***Note: Families who wish to pay the full budgeted cost of $4,955 per child are exempt from fundraising obligations.
